Lourdes is, first and foremost, a part of History. The event happened a century ago (1858) and left a fantastic account of itself in the form of literature, reports, testimonies and comments. Journalist, doctors, policeman, civil servants, statemen and church officials have all been involved at one time or another in the «Lourdes affair».
